Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:
The product received is damaged, tampered with, or expired upon delivery.
You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.
If you encounter any of the issues above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:
Email us at info@trishamdryfruits.com with your Order Number.
Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will initiate a resolution process.
- We will accept replacement and damaged products with in 24 hours, once we receive the item, we will replace it with in 5-6 working days
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
The product has been opened or consumed.
The request is made after 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
You have a change of mind after the product is delivered.
