1. Processing Time

We take great care in packing your orders to ensure your dry fruits and spices remain fresh and intact during transit. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent shipping across India:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹2999.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time. If you haven't received a tracking update within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please reach out to us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India. If our delivery partners are unable to reach your specific area, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

5. Packaging & Quality Assurance
